Our History

The Harrisburg, Pennsylvania office of Tucker Arensberg was formed with a strong presence in the local community and to provide criminal defense along with doing work for businesses, insurance companies and handling personal injuries. In the criminal defense area in particular, we started with a white-collar practice in 2017 with the hiring of Jerry Russo. In 2020, we invested more into the area of general criminal defense by hiring two seasoned and well-respected attorneys, Brian Perry and Casey Shore. In 2023, we expanded into western Pennsylvania with Steve Colafella and Bart Wischnowski. Today, we have a full team of criminal defense lawyers, and our attorneys have enabled us to create the most thorough and sophisticated criminal defense practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
